What does this mean!?!?

Well... I somehow managed to make it lean. According to me clear hose test, the float level is the same as it was before. I think I'm going to have the carb bench tested at a local shop to make sure it's operating correctly.

I finally threw in the towel and just switched to a Mikuni VM34 round slide carb. Now I'm a little lean at 1/4 - 1/2 throttle, but I'm okay with that because I at least know how to fix it.
