Z1e sells a tool for doing it,or you can use a rear axle and a decent sized ball bearing.
You might want to put a piece of copper or lead between the jaws on that vise and the counter weights on that crank, just saying

that little puller is never going to get the clutch basket off your crank, go return it and get a bigger one.
also I noticed there are little bolts in there did you see those?

 Rotor Don... Clutch basket is on the end of the transmission input shaft buddy :) But you're right...that's really not the best tool for the job.

you should take your starter and clutch to a machine shop and get that on a hydraulic press.

if you remove the bolt that holds the starter clutch to the crank, you should see another set of threads in the starter clutch itself, 15mm x 1.50 I believe, I can check. I use a grade 8 bolt, there is a tool sold for this but I have stripped them. Thread the bolt in, use a good impact and it should come off.
They can sometimes be difficult. Good luck,
