Hey Guys !
You know this...but I dont
Whats the best way to get the fly whell off my KZ 1100 ?
Am I on the right way here ?
Need a larger puller...or is there a better way ?

Z1e sells a tool for doing it,or you can use a rear axle and a decent sized ball bearing.
You might want to put a piece of copper or lead between the jaws on that vise and the counter weights on that crank,just saying :blink:

that little puller is never going to get the clutch basket off your crank, go return it and get a bigger one.
also I noticed there are little bolts in there did you see those?

The Little Bolts are in your Neck Franken Don.

Good video for you to have a look at for your starter clutch once you get it off. Which the correct tool Should make it an easy job.

you should take your starter and clutch to a machine shop and get that on a hydraulic press.

if you remove the bolt that holds the starter clutch to the crank, you should see another set of threads in the starter clutch itself, 15mm x 1.50 I believe, I can check. I use a grade 8 bolt, there is a tool sold for this but I have stripped them. Thread the bolt in, use a good impact and it should come off.
