I'm gonna build a trailer thats custom fit for my bike.
I have some plans I drew up for an air bagged trailer that will
lower and lay the end of bed on the ground and need no ramp.

I got the motor out yesterday and started opening it up.
I think this is one of if not the cleanest motor I,ve ever opened up.
And whats up with it being painted or coated black in side ?

helps seal castings and aids oil flow back to pan,I still paint the inside of iron blocks with that nasty ass glyptol paint for that reason.
They paint inside of Harley castings to help seal pin holes in the castings ,compared to those nasty Harley castings the kaw castings are perfect out of the box! :woohoo:

Ok got the case's split and wanted to cry
it's just to new of a motor inside to have to open up.
The pan as it came off with no cleaning.
The crank.
Look's like maybe a little factory back cut here ??

Well atleast it didn't come apart for something worse ,that's fixable.
Im sure you already know this but Id suggest have cases bolted together and empty cylinder and head bolted down on the cases when he welds it to protect it from warping the cases.
