Zukiworks racing ported head.
VM 29 smooth bore's.
Dyna 2000 Ign. w/Dyna mini coil's
APE cylinder stud's and nut's.
APE valve spring's.
APE Track King clutch.
V/H KZ1000 sidewinder.
3.5x18 laced to a KZ1000 disk hub.
150/60/18 Shinko 006 Podium.
63" wheel base.

That doesn't look bad at all,I don't remember ever seeing a kerker have that problem B)

Nice thought out repair, looks tits! "Form follows function" as they say but not too many manufacturers think that way sadly. Funny how the service rep said they weld things a certain way for a repair but they won't repair yours?

Im not sure they came with a clamp....as the header came with the bike when I purchased it. I know that Kerker comes with a band clamp for like joint.

They don't come with a clamp if you look their not slotted
to use a clamp.

Like was said I had to beat mine apart when I
was making mine fit. I think if the joint was
loose enough to slip a little they wouldn't crack.
