Just for record purposes, in case someone comes back here to look for answers.

The needle that pushes on the float bowl was getting slighty stuck at time in the "down" position. So the force of the fuel in the bowl wasn't enough to lift the needle up and resulting in that cylinder running harshly and sparaticly. Just got some of the finest sand paper (I think 230 grit) and gently made sure the needle didn't have those marks that was holding it down. Works like a charm now.
