Alright, so I got some progress on the bike, but still won't start. What's going on is that I'll hold the starter button and it simply cranks and the exhausts putts air out, but when I hold the starter button and turn the throttle about 1/3 the way, occasional bursts of air will shoot out of the air filter(under the seat) and I'll hear air pop around the engine as well(occasional as well).

Sorry for being such a pain in the ass, I really appreciate your help though.

Ah, that I haven't. Partially because I don't have a proper gauge and partially because I'm hoping that's not the problem haha. I'll see if I can get my hands on one sometime soon.

As Patton said, valve clearance. Or maybe cam timing out of phase. You do have the service manual for your bike, right? It will explain the compression test, the valve clearances, and the cam timing.
