Looks like you're in good hands, but I wanted to make a couple quick comments.

It's normal for the trans to occasionally get into a position where it won't really shift unless the bike is moving or the engine is turning. Rotating the wheel or motor will usually make it possible to shift.

Also, with the neutral finder, sometimes when the everything is stopped, you can actually shift up through the gears, and sometimes not. It sort of depends on how cold the engine oil is, and if there is dirt etc. That's because it relies on some ball bearings to move around. Usually when the engine is running and warm it works as it should, but when cold, not running, and not moving, it sometimes acts "weird". It becomes second nature after you have the bike awhile. It's really nice when in stop and go traffic, for finding neutral.

Thanks for the help guys!

Glad to hear that the non-shifting isn't anything to be super concerned about.

Will update you after I adjust the actuater again tonight.

You sir, Patton, deserve an award!

Thanks to some minor clutch adjusting, she goes!

Still needs some tweaking, but felt great to ride it for the first time :cheer:

Here is a vid of it idling and revving. Don't mind the ugly seat, it will be changing, and don't mind the oil leak, I will be fixing that ASAP.
