You squeeze tight and hang the hell on if you're in the lower part of the climb. About 50 feet up or so, the pegs get narrower and there's some rigged up chicken wire covering you.
Belive it or not, there were families there with little kids about 9 or 10 years old. The kids climbed up to the top.

We have the same issues in business.... Unbelievable amounts of paper work, shit gets delayed due to "i' not dotted, "t" not crossed, ink the wrong freaking color :S etc....
They have you by the go-nads and you just have to play the game....
Same time Ben... As others have mentioned, your going to freak when it get's back to you from Larry... One it will be spotlessly clean and without a doubt it will be done to perfection... Every minor detail is gone over and the man holds high pride in his craftsmanship & customer satisfaction, nothing but the best....
Then there's the anticipation when you get her installed and hit that starter button the first time and she comes to life.....
WOODY Time!!!! :woohoo:
And don't forget, camera for when you open that crate....

filled out all the forms and sent them back....left a cheque with the crate where it was to be picked up....they didnt take the cheque....then...2 weeks went by....when I phoned to ask about the progress of the crate they told me it was on a dock in Winnipeg....waiting for a border broker????
so after about 2 days and 250.00 the crate was on the way ...or so I thought....now it sat in the warehouse for another week....finally after numerous phone calls....and help from Larry it arrived.
Thanks Larry for your patience.
and OMR for sure I cant wait to see it...and I have no dought it will be awesome....Larry is going to take some pics as he completes the motort and post them here...
it should be a new motor when complete....just better )
now I need to decide on a pipe and make a list of the remaining parts needed....
I am going to buy a set of bodywork, controls and a wiring harness from z1e
but Im sure there will be more to get....like an ignition...probly a dyna 2000 so I can have a rev limiter.
anyway Im ramblin
Ill keep ya posted

The engine arrived on Friday, safe & sound. Despite some shipper foul ups, everything else is all systems go!
In between some around the shop maintenance today I got it uncrated, pressure washed and the top end is torn down.
Tomorrow it gets disected
Typical of old KZ's the cam chain idlers were shot but that's all trash bin material anyway. All new Liska components are sitting in the box on the workbench. For once, the parts got there ahead of the motor
And now...back to Doris
