Here's a couple pics.

This is the head on the flownbench asty .400" lift without any valve job yet.

Runners are stock size at the boots. Throats are 88% with 91% bowls. Valves will be J 37 Intakes and 30 exhausts

Tested with an old CVK Keihin carb mounted up to as J intake boot.[900 ninja stock carb] This causes a 4mm mismatch at the port entyrance. Head pics more with no carb mounted.

I think I just learned something here.

Nice to see the shiny parts. That crank looks tasty.

Cams are Cam Motion Z1 grind. Keeps shim on top, short duration with 10mm net lift.

Carbs will be CRS29 Keihins

This will be a nice, quick street motor with excellent behavior and plenty of power to run around with.

If I was building a 1075 for myself, this motor has everything I would want myself.

Thank you...

BTW.... those blades showed up. I have another custom set being made. That guy is an absolute pleasure to do business with. He's 60 so he knows his stuff and is very much an attention to detail and customer service driven. Can't say enough good about him....

Larry

Whats the Comp static ratio? And what Octane rating will be recommended, along with ignition timing total advance, or modified curve?

They're 10.25 Wiseco pistons.

I'd run 93 octane and stock advance curve. Should be fine. I'm putting the cams on 108/110 centers.

I guess it will be up to the owner to get the gearing/ carbs etc set to his liking. You've built quite a few of these, what do they make, about X horses? I suppose that will be somewhat to his exhaust s well, but ball park?

They're around 105 at the rear wheel. I could push for more peak but the goal is make broad power. That's why I like those Z1 grind cams.

I've had that same combo run 10.4 with a 200 lb. rider with a slick and a bar. Not bad for street motor.
