Put in a new shaft seal on the cltch side cover when you re-assemble or it will seep oil into your points.

Guess how I learned that.....

Personally I'd replace them all. Once that one broke, all the force on the rest increased, probably suddenly as well. Make sure your metal plates are good and flat, but they should be fine.

the steels look good i'd reuse them for sure all i would do to them is bead blast them or use a scotch brite pad on them to get rid of the glazing. the fibers i would reuse as well just get another plate they should work fine for you usally i have broken plates from very hard launches and the really hard hook up after i get traction your bike is a chopper from the look i don't imagine you will be doing a whole lot of drag racing with it will you. i always use stock used plates in my bikes they just seem to work the best. good solid lock-ups and and no creeping plus no extra material being worn off and going into the oil.like new plates sometimes do.

Eh, I'm going to buy one fiber for now. If I started replacing stuff that was too old. I wouldn't have a bike ;)

haha, I hear that! Just me being paranoid. Very few things on my 650 are newer than 34 years old.
