I would like to make a box ? does any one have specs ? I was thinking one cold air KN from a car and the old boots ? or a tube with 2 smaller KNs and 4 holes for intake?

I like the looks of that! Free flowing but none of the side draft problems with pods! Looks nice and could be painted too!

That looks like some kind of aluminum cooking (or possibly a medical) pan of some sort, that has been modified for use. Perhaps the section with the carb holes on the stock plastic box was cut out and fitted inside, using some sort of screws to hold it all together. Yes, I like the look as well. Can anyone identify that pan? I'd like to try making that myself.

Those Henry Abe filters popup on Ebay like said above. I just seen one a while back that looked brand new.

1980 KZ1000 LTD-B4(MK II engine) - Progressive suspension, MTC pistons, Dynojet Stage III, all wear items replaced, WFO paint scheme(1978), etc..

Past bikes- 2 1976 Kz900's, 5 1975-76 Honda CB750's, Honda 500 -4, Honda 250, Honda 125, Honda 100, Suzuki RM 250, Honda XL350, Kawasaki KLR 650, etc..

I had one of these on my old Suzuki GS and I just found one for sale on another forum. The guys says it has "KZ spacing" though. I doubt that all KZs have equal spacing. I guess I need to have him measure the holes edge to edge.

The one for sale does not have the boots. Would I use the boots from my stock box, or would I have to purchase more? Mine are in perfect condition.
