1977 KZ650 C1 with '78 C2 motor,
* OEM electronic ignition off '80 KZ750
* 4-into-1 header
* Uni Pod Filters
* #110 main jets, 17.5 pilot jets

Another tip regarding Dyna coil fitment is to assure no short (touching) between screw head attaching terminal wire and coil mounting spacer.
This is a close fit with very little clearance.
Could use a piece of rubber or other insulation beteen the screw head and spacer; or wrap the spacer with a nylon tie wrap; or use a nylon or other non-conductive spacer.
Nylon tie wraps work for me.

for the moment i jus put in a different points plate in gapped the points and set the timing.. once i get everything else i need i am going to buy a new Electronic ignition thanks for all the help

Good point, there has to be a cam of some kind in there. The "dead" side could have a bad condenser or the point wire grounded.
