I then turned around and came to a stop, revved it up and let the clutch out real nice. I just kept shifting and forgot to look at the speedometer until about 115. I hadn't done this before on the bike and I was surprised how quick it got there! I turned around, did it again, and then went home. The bike felt like it ran a little better afterwards. It was probably happy that I blew all the old carbon out.

I remember something similar when I was a kid... Inserted the carb sleve 180 degrees out. Fired her up and she was on full throttle where the only way to turn her off was to turn off the gas and ride her out.
