Muzzy pipe, power comander and restrictor butterfly
plates removed. What a beast! An old KZ with that
much exceleration would be a more than I would
want to ride on the street. The frame would twist
like a pretzel.Even at 100mph power wheelies were
easy.

chrome moly(spell check)a new corvette will outrun/outhandle a 55 chevy, but a year from now the vette will just be another has been but the shoe box chevy is immortal!long live the z1/kz the 55 chevy of motorcyclesB)Well from knowledge.A good freind of mine drags a gxsr1000.After alot of money and time he just broke into the high nines. He weighs 150 so after speaking to him he even said the numbers are inflatedalot to sell the bikes. Also he mentioned a fellow he races against has a hopped up kz which runs pump gas and is in the 10s just behind him.But he mentioned the guy had his stock frame replicated by a buddy of his in he thinks aluminium. So the weight savings right there is unreal. But kzs are like muscle cars the new stuff is faster but they stare at your bike and look at theres.
