Any interest in a MI group ride this year?

My party hours are all day. noon to midnite  

I just talked to Street Fighter. He brought up a good point I’d like to pass along. Let not the weather stop us from a get together. As Dave said we would much rather have the bikes with us so we can ooh and ahh over them, but more importantly is the camaraderie, thank you spell checker, so rain or shine I’m heading to Zukey Lake on the 19th. 

Might have to stop at the tavern and pick up the famous Zukey Lake Tavern tee I see darn near every where I go. I’d sport it proudly!

We can only hope so!

yup yup. We can see what the weather is that day. some routes are shaded with old growth trees , some are open air fields.All are interactive really, But Im a chop guy remember Im not at the level of experience with speed that I picture you all at.       I have had a super glide up to 120                  then I hit the cornfield                        what a mess that was. Thats when I was crazy, and still riding bulls professionally. The rain that assisted in my wreck saved me, I dug myself out of the mud pit, retrieved the bike the next morning, bent bars mirrors gone and one turn signal was all the damage.      hit the low spot of the field with about a foot of water and 4 ft of goose poop mud below       I wish I had a go pro for that one... Now my back hurts, coincidence? pic of the super glide before that day.I flew right over those bars, they folded over like piece of paper. Also I was about 25 when I had that bike. I think its very ugly now.

I’m not going to lie and say an Italian tune up isnt fun, but that’s not my normal. A nice cruse taking the time to feel the temperature change as you cross from sun to shade is more my style. Besides I’m hoping we will be escorting the shankmobile. 

Its gonna be down to the wire for my trike.If I fail to get her on the road by the 19th, I will get it to the lake so I have something to talk about with y'all. I want you all to know that I appreciate being welcomed into your Kawasaki world. I do not try to HD up your site, that being said when someone comes over they walk right past the HDs and go straight for the Kawasaki funk trike. Gonna be some good times ahead hope your there folks.

WELL now that you mentioned it, I’m politely going to ask you stop stinking up the site!  . Obviously kidding, but you did mention something that we all have experienced. Street Fighter has experienced it, as I have. The HD guys walk past the everyday stuff and eyeball the 1970’s vintage stuff. I ride with my son and his group. All on 2014 and newer street glides. I’d say ever ride I get someone asking about my bike. The street glides are invisible. 


 

Our get together is only a few days off !!!!!!!!!!
Please let me know by next Sat AM. Like by 11 am if you are coming 
We may decide to take a cruise on the lake at some point  and I would hate for you to be left behind
