What do you like/have that isnt KZ?

I like alot of rides, V-Rods, V-Max except for the price tags. would go Connie if I did not have the KZ1000 most likely.

Working on a 86 VFR 750 right now to test ride, but here are two of the finished rides that I own. The zx7 is also being refurbished. I rashed the fairings so it is not pictured (under tarp) and am working on that spendy stuff right now as well. Here are two rides that I have been enjoying for a few yrs now.

When I was a kid i had a norton. Think I will get another!

My uncle wanted one and he made my father want one and he made me want one. I only ever saw one in person. That made me want one even more. It looked brutal and mean. Sounded mean too. My father was with me at a local bike night. I miss going to them with him.

1994 KX250 - Being restored to showroom condition using all OEM/NOS Kawasaki parts. This is how it sits now, in my office...



I bought the 94 specifically to restore, the bike was clapped out, after some work I got it up and running, got 1st in a 90's vet/vintage race at Budds Creek, then began the restoration..

I'm a sucker for a bike that wasn't cared for, just picked this up the other week, 96 RM125. Paid $260. Runs but needs alot of work...

How I bought it...


As it sits now, rebuilt the forks, fixing odds & ends, replacing wrong parts, yadda, yadda, yadda..

I just sold this GS750, it was an ok bike. I would have to make some changes if it were a keeper:



My list of wants/likes would be pretty long. On the short list are a ZRX, RC-51, ZX-14, Connie, any inline 6 (KZ1300, CBX , or Benelli Sei.) I can't get that exhaust note out of my head.

Ya, misjudged that. lol The top was dry as a bone, you see my back tire is dry. I went over the bars and landed into, what seemed like, pudding. :pinch:

I did look at that one on ebay,and I didnt think that was alot of money for the condition of the one on there,I mean fully restored what are they worth?Im guessing about what you put into it?am I wrong?there wasnt alot to go on ,from the internet,and some you tube ers,riding theirs around.new they were around 400 bucks.please tell me Im wrong and I have a gold mine.

My next bike will be a motard of some sort but if I had the funds I'd have a speed triple. I'd also like an 1198 Ducati and probably a BMW R1200GS for long trips.

Bikes I would like to own; ZRX1200, a Bandit 1250, a 1982 GS1100, a Speed Triple, or Thruxton.

For a commuter to work, I would like a Duke 690 or the Suzuki 400 SM.

For fun, a Pan Head Bobber...oh yea! :woohoo:

Another Z1R, then an H2, if not an H2 then a pair of H2's. They make other bikes besides Kaws? I'll have to look into that, who knew.
