You can just use paint stripper on the forks, the clear plastic coat just wipes right off, then get out your polish and go to town. Forks come out great this way. No need to clear but you need to keep them clean. Worrying about the forks is the least of the worry now because whithin 6 months it will be a nice two-tone blue/black when the repaint falls off, but still much, much better than that hideous blue that was not that great. :X

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Yep just scotch bright pad and laquer thinner, it came right off.
Then i buffed them with a polishing wheel and hard compound.

Im done! everything works great, it runs excellent, and its not too bad on the eyes...

i do need a new rear tire though, its a slick! I might burn it off before i get a new one. :laugh:
and ill post a video of it. ;)
