What should it run in the 1/4 mile

Much is down to tuning - and certainly the rider.

Back in late 79 or early 80, one of the people I used to race against was Nigel Patrick running a turbocharged 1000 in a Rickman frame (he eventually raced on the NHRA bike tour) - slicks and wheelie bars - it in the 8's... at about 150mph.

I don't doubt the bike would run into the 9's once it's sorted - and with a good rider on it.

as far as the gearing goes turbo bikes like a load that is why alot of them use 4 speed and 3 speed transmissions some of the real fast guy's you will see run real tall gearing like 17- 34 combos that might be a good place to start.
