I've had this Kerker since the '80s.

Painted with high heat paint many times.
In the Winter of 2007 I had her sand blasted and high heat powder coated. Cost $200 to have done.
Two years of riding and she's held up well.
No noticable peeling/flaking etc.

I will need a replacement one day, and maybe a second for a project 650 I have, and Mac sounds like a good choice at this point.

My Mac is "supposed" to clear the oil drain, but it runs so close to the drain bolt, I had to remove the rear can/frame bolt and hang my leg on it to tweak it over a little bit so I can get a wrench on it. No biggy though.

I put a Mac on my 750 Twin and couldn't get the head pipe to seal to the head. I solved it by shoving a wooden handrail into the pipe and bending it till squared up.

No problems since.

I'd but another any time.

I have been looking for some replacement pipes for my 1977 KZ1000.
i have looked at Macs,V&H and of course Kerker. Ideally i would like stock 2 into 1. Anyone know if stock is still available? And has anyone on here tried Tranzac 2 into 1 exhaust from Zpower (online websight) in Australia?
