The bike has some cosmetic issues and to make it all it can be, it is going to require some elbow grease. I think I would put it up for sale as is but I would certainly put a reserve on it. It may just break the bank on ebay it all depends who sees it and how bad they want it. All it would take is two bidders to get into a war over it and it could bring retarded money.

I think it will fetch a pretty good price, as is.
If my dog was in this fight (and it might be), I'd worry about buying a bike that's not running, and hasn't run for decades. Surface corrosion and paint doesn't bother me, but an engine teardown is out of my league. Still, with a case of Newcastle Beer and a map to my house, I might get RetroRiceRocketRider to come and train me!

I'd put it on eBay, but first I would jack up the front and spin the wheel to make sure the speedo works. I say this after noticing the heavy scoring on the front rotor. It would be bad to sell it as a 22 mile bike only to have the buyer come back and tell you that's not the true milage. Ed
I don't know if that would work Ed. IIRC that model used an electronic speedo so unless you power up the bike with a battery I don't think you will get any kind of reading.
As to the scoring on the rotors, without running a fingernail over them it would be hard to tell if they are actually scored, no real way to tell from just a pic. Looking at things like the rear chain adjusters, I'm inclined to believe the mileage is true. This bike just looks to be neglected and stored improperly.
