They went over 140 and ran fairly low gearing. My motor has bigger cams more head work and way taller gearing. They ran 17/48 and I run 17/40 with more power. They were set up more for drag racing at the salt flats. For top end power you want the short stacks like I have not those long ones on the Denco bike.Hell back in 77 Kawasaki set the AMA 750 cc record for 10 mi. at 131 mph.

Most likely we have a lot of influence. If nothing else, we keep the sellers honest, or at least make them careful of what they claim.
I can't wait until this guy puts his 200mph bike on eBay. Wonder what it will fetch?

The sad part is this looks like it was done at a Kawasaki dealership. We should try to found out where these numbnuts do business/

This is a perfect case for forced neutering as these nimrods shouldn't be allowed to breed and pass on their idiocy. What a waste:(

Would like to know the reasoning behind that assinine stunt! Yea, was a nice looking bike, showing how stupid they are or was there actually a real reason they did that? Gotta say though, try that with a Harley and see if it goes as long as the KZ did!! Kinda interesting though, watched the pipes changing color, the smoke, and the fire. Still wonder what it was all about? Seems to have been sponsered by a Kawasaki shop of sorts.

Man that made me sick to watch!! I'd like to find out who did that too because they don't deserve to have Kawasaki's. What a complete and utter waste.

The old girl did hold on for quite a while though. As has already been said, let's see a hardly-ableson last that long! Maybe we can find a video of that and even things out?? Who's got an extra Hardly lying around that we can blow up? Man, we've got to do something about this. I'm going to have nightmares!!   :P

Ruining that 1100 was pretty sad after watching the 650 video earlier. On behalf of that bike I'd like to put the nuts of the nimrod that thought that one up into a vise and sell tickets--$1 for a quarter turn on the handle.

I wonder what those numbskulls hold near and dear that could be abuses for a little mindless fun?

Nate

Nates vintage bike axiom: Riding is the reward for time spent wrenching.
