For vintage nuts, bolts and screws....I haven't tried these guys but their stuff looks pretty accurate.

you shush... You did help me diagnose the issue... after a took it apart I noticed the rear hub had been laced to a 16" rim seamed to be offset . it wasn't centered in the rim... Im going back to the stock 18" rim so I should be able to fix my offset issue...
