This is a Darwin award winning bike!
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

That is what a meth head does, not a builder of anything.

No matter how bad things seem, there is always some silver lining, the engine still looks to be decent! :)

I think we all see what you are going for but, there are a few unspoken... gentleman to gentleman rules on the subject of cutting up a motorcycle (especially one with the fanbase and history these old Kawa's have). Don't get me wrong I've taken an angle grinder to a few bikes but, only bikes that have been previously mutilated, are too far gone to restore or are from China ;). No offence but your welds need work and using multiple pipes stitched together from what you have lying around when a single bent pipe is required is not the kind of modifications the members of this site aim to positively reinforce. We've seen too many bike ruined and while that does mean the chaps with the right tools can pick them up cheaper later ;) it is sad to see. That being said it is your bike do with it what you will... Do us a stick to Yamaha from now on ;) (but not the XS ;)) P.S TexasKZ's advice about the frame jig is extremely important you should look into it.
