Quick one around the block
Bikes a lot stiffer than I thought it’d be
Everything worked great
Super loud though
Might make up a baffle for it
Next trip will be longer, hard to ride long during break in periods

Put about 20 miles on the bike so far
Noting to major but a few minor issues:
Waiting for signal relay for turn signals
Front right signal/running light shorted and melted the signal lens
Waiting for fittings for rear brake line
Oil cooler had a small leak at the in and out line connections
Need exhaust hanger welded on the frame
Clutch lever still very stiff even with stock springs installed
Need fatter jets, ordering 130, 135 and 140 to fix top end sputtering
Going to check timing of the Dyna rotor
Not bad considering how far this has come and how much went into this project
Due date is 6/13
Hoping to get 1000 miles on it by then

Probably 2-300 miles
Getting some bigger jets
Tune the suspension
Stop by fab shop to get the exhaust hanger welded on
Hoping I don’t get stranded anywhere ha

150 miles
Few minor things and it’s all done
Pretty cool bike
Turns a lot of heads
Everybody I saw asked about it
Feels super nimble at speed
Definitely felt much better after suspension tuning

Still haven’t solved my top end issues; going to check timing and maybe bump to 145 jet and put needles at 4th mark
It definitely wants to be ridden though
