#2 rings were so stuck i had to pull the wrist pin, leave the piston in the cylinder and remove the entire assembly. Then hammer the piston out.
Too bad I also broke off the mounting boss for the missing timing chain guide rail
Looking for a "new" cylinder set.

I really hope that the clutch springs that have been compressed for the last 40 years are not shot, or that the clutch plates are not badly worn, or that there are no bent shift forks, or bad transmission gears or bearings, or broken parts of the missing chain tensioner in there, or scum clogging the oil pump screen, or ..........................

One thing to note about POR15. The color is not UV stable without a top coat. Eventually it turns dull and gray. From this page
