And some more progress

What have i done so far :
New fork seals / dust seals and fork oil.
Replace the Z1 break line splitter and brake switch with ZX9R brake line splitter and new banjo bolt break switch.
Have to modify my old mounting plate to get more slack in the break lines ( are 2 cm to short for this fork length and setup ).
Brake switch get two layer of shrink tube for bent protection .

Filed the edges from the new steering stop, (was a key lock before ), to get more steering angle.
Have to setup a new steering stop later.

And my new gadget, a KOSO RX2N+ Moto GP Style with street legal use license, very important for the Cops here in Germany.

more later

Michael

Yes, you are right and it will be looking better with new race flag decals and tank emblems on.
I need self adhesive emblems because i had removed the screw mounting strip and filled the recess
with tin and a soldering iron and tin plated the tank opening area for rust protection !!!

Press in the silencer pipe

Press in to the silencer

Have to do one bore and screw to hold it in and two rivets for the model number plate.
Made it self and save some money ( 50 Euros )
Looking good ???
