So....what have I been doing with my time over lock down? Built a giant box fort in the lounge, painted the ceilings, attended alot of Zoom and Teams meetings for work, and worked on the Z1R!

I received the last of my polished parts from Wanganui Electroplaters. Top bloke Dave and I highly recommend them if you are in NZ and in need of polishing etc.

The bit I have been working towards for a few years now finally arrived! Start up time. I was soooo nervous, worrying about the motor, the wiring, the carbs, the starter................................................. but she started first pop! What a buzz. I was bouncing of the walls for the rest of the day after that. So now it is just the final few jobs and some final parts to buy and fit and it will be time for a test ride. Bring it on!
This vid is the second start. My brain couldn't focus on filming and starting on the first go lol.
