Just try in an idea to see how it looked. Could be Chevy orange or sublime green! Lol!
If it does come out that way it'll just be the cases only the rest will be black and aluminum.

just givin ya a hard time :silly: .

my belief is black or aluminum are the only two colors allowable on a kz engine.

it is your bike tho.

i just bored honed, walked through the rebuild and helped troubleshoot and tune a banshee for a fellow employee.

he painted his cases yellow and the cylinders ford blue.

i am still not through giving him crap about his crayola box paint job.

the sucky part is he let some of the nasty lookin yellow paint drip on his thin steel head gasket and dry.so when he put it back together the head gasket was blowing compression into the cooling system.
pulled the head found the paint,i gave him hell.

if your happy i'm happy for you  .
keep us posted,

Got the motor mostly done except for the final detailing. Look in paint and body work got the paint progress.

Now I just have to figure how to mount this and still use the dash lights. I'll figure something out.

And picked these up over the weekend. They are 12.5in long which puts my ride height right where I want it.
They are fairly stiff on the lower settings but very compliant. Should be good with passengers.
More to come soon.
Thanks
Mike

Paint is coming along have to do some back taping and fix a couple oops forgot tomask that part lol
live and learn

my new job asked the sales staff if we would go to a 6 day week with a half day (7 hours)
instead of our 47 hour 5 day work week with no bump in salary so hopefully I can get the painting projects caught up before that

we voted no, but rarely have I seen a democracy prevail in the hierarchy of employment

I'll let you kmow when I find that guage bracket
