If you need any info on putting the j head on a kz bottom let me know. I got the drill bit and jig. Your welcome to use it, as long as i get it back lol. Also the problem i had was finding cam cap ends. All the ones i ever ran always started leaking after taking it apart twice. So started to look for aluminum ones. There HARD to find. Yet you can find non js all day long. Ended up finding only one place that sells them and its american classixs.com. I got them but havent installed them. But couldnt find aluminum ones anywhere else.

its very clean, i have used amsoil since maybe last six years ish. and every motor ive built and tore down looks comparably clean and wear is excellent. only issue ive had is in older motors like 350 etc it dont like the paper thin gaskets and older rubber gaskets that have been overly smashed over years, it seems to wick out a smidge. so good gaskets are a must. but hey its what ever you prefer.

the back cut looks nice  .
you got some nice pieces in that engine.
i always thought that would be about the best use i could think of for a h-d 45 engine,to power my modem
.
i could sit it out side so i could here it chug and then start to stutter when it is running out of gas,so then you have to jump up and run out and get some gas in it before it dies and kicks you off the forum  !!!
your daughter looked precious in her dress.

I outta get into my motor and take a look at the clutch.. i was a dummy when i first got my KZ1000. Pulling the front end off and screaming the back tire up the street whenever i took off from a stop sign. Everytime i did that i pulled the throttle and dropped the clutch :silly: what caused that piece of spring to break off?
