The stator is a short production run. The stator are alot diffrent between the two. the old style has the stator on the outside and the rotor on the inside and mk11s has the stator on the inside and the rotor on the outside. If you have any questions on the mk11 motors let me know maybe i can help. My bike has a mk11 motor stock and iam in the process of building another mk11 motor.

double valvesprings, are these stock??
before brakleen and light duty scotch brite...
and after...
