Kawasaki made that bike for quite a while. It was a nice alternative to the 1300 six banger. Much better handling at slow speeds, good seat to ground relationship for those with shorter legs. We sold he heck out of those things when they came out. In fact, couldn't give the 1300 away after the XII appeared.

I think it should be BOTM on KZRider for a year or two.

My dad picked up a 2001, IIRC, a couple years ago. He has both the factory service manual and supplement. If you need anything let me know and I'll try to get the manuals from him.

Very nice...I've been wanting to add one of those to the stable myself....really like the older inline fours over the new v-twins.

There is a nice motorcycle buried deep down there, mate. The Zephyr 1100 engine is based on the 1200 Voyager donk. The Voyager is so heavy and the gearing so tall it will not give even the weakest pencil-neck a whiplash in top gear acceleration spurts, but if you stripped it down and made a light naked out of it.... :P

Nice score, never ridden the 1st gen models, but have a 2010 model with the exact same color scheme and love it. I would post a pic, but am scared of the skilled photoshoppers on here!
