I have the frame hanging in a corner of the garage. I started cleaning the parts that bolt to the frame. Rust is the word here! I think there should be a better way to catch acid than just a hose spraying acid every where.

On the horn there was four thin pieces instead of one thick piece. Why?

Cleaned and primered parts. Battery box and electrical panel will be replaced as they would take too much time to clean and paint.

I have the rear disc brake wire spoke wheel off of mine (have the whole rear minus shocks) if you need it. holding on to it for a future build but would be willing to swap it for some motor stuff (future bigbore motor build)

I was hoping to get this bike together a lot quicker than I am but I just need to slow down and do the best I can.

I am still undecided on the engine.

I've got two more to go after this one.

You may have noticed the two kinds of primer. The primer on the parts is a etching primer and I should have used it on the frame also. It is so much better. Roy

It is a black for a 2005 chevy. I am not going with two part paint as I would need someone to watch over me as I mixed it.

I am stuck on ,"Have paint add thinner" paint bike!!

The paint is the same I have used on the last four bikes I have painted. Roy

Watching paint dry. No work tomorrow. The grandbabies are comming over and I get to play. :woohoo:

I will get the canopy out that I use in Ohio and kick back and wait for the next "Push Me !

I do hope to have this bike up on wheels soon so I can start bolting on parts. No money for a budget so I will have to dig in the spares bin and hopefully have enough parts.

I have not rode since I had the wreck and my friends have been riding for two months. Roy
