I don't know if I missed it, but where did you purchase your microsquirt from and what harness length did you buy?
I might have to copy some things from your build haha

BMOCK50,
I purchased the MS from DIYAutotune.com with the stock length harness, which I believe was about 3'. I cut mine down during install to probably no more then 18" and shorter in some cases.
Feel free to copy anything you want, and if you have any questions ask away.

I am running 06 ZX10R controls up front. If your willing to some a little cutting and soldering you could get just about any controls to work, within reason of course.

All buttons are short to ground, not 12v
See
english manual, wiring diagram at the end
I am currently waiting on my own directly from motogadget, cheated on the wires and bought their kit - looking very much forward to getting rid of the original wiring mess.

Mark,
For me its just a simple process of ordering longer cables as I am running zx10 TBs as well.

DJ,
You are 100% correct and a documentation error on my part. I have an updated wiring diagram and will see if I can get it posted this weekend. I updated it with the kill switch tied into the FI system to kill fuel.
You will love the M-Unit and it's simplicity. I doubt you will need any help, but if you have any question let me know and post up that wiring you are getting from moto.

I updated the wiring layout and replaced the one early in the thread and will also post a link here as well to the new pic.
The bike is turning over on its own power, and I am down to working on my punch list to get this thing done!!! All electrical, all controls, all I/O are wired and done. (Still need to mount my lights in and indicators, but thats all finish work. I have ordered all the remaining fuel components needed and if everything goes right I hope to try and fire this bad boy up by next weekend. My kids are all going away to camp next week, so I will have lots of time to work on it.
Mounting all the fuel components is a challenge as you might expect. Once I get everything in I will snap some shots of how im laying it all out.
I ended up getting my hands on a chrome Kerker to take care of my routing issues. Would of liked to use my Bassni, but I would of had to cut it up, and I just couldn't bring myself to do it.. lol
It will be nice to get to validate everything I have done so far, and its so close I can smell it!!
Here is the update wiring..
