My next task is to replace the lower cross bar with chrom moly were the lower shock link attaches to . Then fab inner fender with battery compartment.

I like powder coating on small parts you can take off and fix easily,but big parts like frames scare me if the powder coat gets scratched youre basically screwed B)

Thanks for the complement :) , It's good to hear great support when building a project ,It has relite the fire Thanks again.
I'v always powder coated but I'v seen some really nice results with paint im really leaning towards paint.

Are you going to cap off the swingarm pivot gussets and put a sleeve in there to keep the moisture from getting trapped in there? B)
ive got a tweaked 900 frame sitting on my bench right now that im gonna try and get straightened out this weekend and start the rake and bracing job on this gives me lots of motivation B)

Hey thanks again , Yes gussets will be capped but i might not sleeve instead i was thinking billet alum plugs , good luck with the 900 frame and glad i could motivate :)
