mark, it's stainless very nice quality
rslingshot : the calipers are from an r1 mono block .
Has anyone ever used fork extenders ? I know they sell them for modern usd forks I guess that would give another inch.

I was just looking back at some of your Awesome, bike pics. u may want to drill a drain hole in the side frame triangle gussets to let water out, unless u have another plan?? just a thought.
i see u have a low profile crankcase vent cover. these were made for the drag racers, so they could make room to fit bigger carbs or turbos. when they block off this vent, they would add a vent elswhere. just a heads up for the need to vent properly. u may get too much oil if u try to vent there.

Took a break but I'm back at it as I have a long way to go yet. i'v been doing some mock ups . working on inner fender and batt box.
