09 May 2012 22:15got my tank smoothed and sand blasted/primer sealed the bottom.
used a new system called 4th dimension. It's a variant of sherwin williams. We'll see how it goes. looks to me like the sealer is a little plasticky/glossy when cured. It's extremely affordable though.
Most likely going to use a rock guard and black single stage.

An up close shot of the tank would be great. I'd love to see how you blended the seam on the carbon overlay. Bang up job on all the custom parts, you've got a keen eye for what looks custom/cool.
