No work today got sent home so I worked on the KZ a little
Its getting closer. I need new shocks but these will have to do for now. I took the springs off to clean them up and havent put them back togeather yet. It takes alot of time when your cleaning 30 years of funk off every nut and bolt.

If this link works it kinda shows what I did. The only thing I'd change is making the holes closer to the top so you dont have to have your chin sitting on the top

Cool. I like the idea of using jeans and bungies. I was gonna try and score some long chem gloves but this looks like it should work.

Thanks :cheer:

Hooking up a small shop vac is a must. I didnt use one till I was almost done and kicked myself in the butt for not doing it from the get go.

Painted yesterday. I'm not a painter but it came out ok. Nothing a little color sanding and buffing wont fix. I havent painted the tail yet. Ran out of reducer. I have a Z1 tank but its not ready to paint so I painted the ltd tank for now and will paint the other when I get new emblems(still available at the dealer for 28 bucks each)
