I just got back from a ride up to my work so I could weigh the bike.according to the factory specs for 81 b1 1100 I lost about 130 lbs. 586 stock,452 with about a half a tank full.only thing Ill be adding is rear brake caliper and a acewell digital guage.

Really nice work Mark. The GPZ bodywork works with the newer forks and ZRX swingarm well. What are you planning on using for instruments? Have you been able to ride it much?
