having said that....If you need one I can get it.
what ever it costs me to get it here is what you'll pay...
it just seemed that someone was going to have to pay for shipping twice that way...so I thought it would be easier/cheaper if the person ordered it themselves.
and no problem awsk away....I dont mind.
I didnt include a sprocket ...because of the many different combo's...ie. # of teeth, size of chain, and the offset amount.BEAUTIFUL work! I noted that a sprocket is not included in the OBS plate/kit, would that be an option?...and if so, how much?
Sorry to bother you with all the tedious questions, but this is great stuff.

Your work is fantastic.
You have some great ideas!! and the resoruces to complete them.
I have had an idea, that perhaps you can siwrl around a bit.
The alternator on a KZ hangs waaaaaayyy out there, I have been trying to figure out a way to mount one under the carbs like the ZRX does.
I was thinkin (on many occasions) about a plate bolted to the alternator (Stator side) case holes. Just take the case off, bolt a plate on, then find space to mount a very small Mitsubishi alternator, with perhaps a belt drive.
You could increase the cornering clearance, and increase mass centralization. It would look pretty cool too.
Swirl that around a bit......
Do a bunch of homework, then a program....and Pow!!
I'll take one!!
If you don't figure it out I will. Just that I can't get to a CNC machine ours all are running full cap.

Unless you don't mind kickstarting or push starting your bike you're going to have to take into consideration your starter clutch. You won't be able to just slap a plate over the crankcase end and keep your onboard electric starter.

I've also seen stator covers that are angled on the bottom to gain clearance. I'll try to find a picture.
Well, here's the point cover version. I've seen the same type of mod on the stator covers too..

you may also note that the engine has been moved up with custom mounts for more corner clearance as well.
