Thank You. I've been thinking more and more lately about a shorter swingarm and a stock paint scheme...more of a road race style than the drag style. Might be a new project sometime in the future.

VERY nice! You must be VERY happy with the final product! My project is a 1994 KZ1000P. I stripped it of all the cop stuff.
Pics below. Still unsure of color to go with. I also want to change out the swing arm and rear tire/wheel.

What swing arm and wheel are you running and what size tire is that?

did you customize the seat or did you buy it with lowered front like that? I'm looking for one like yours..

Thanks guys. Did you mean the stock style seat? I ordered that from PMC Japan through Z1 Enterprises. Jeff can order anything you want from the catalog and only charges shipping from NY. This is from the PMC catalog...the seat on my bike is the one on the right:
