I have not mounted the bars yet Old Man Rock. I have a long way to go still. Rear shocks arrive tomorrow. No swingarm.
I am polishing wheels right now.
The rear wheel was easy. The front wheel is kicking my ass! The wheel was repainted and I think they used an etching primer or something. I have put paint remover on the primer 7 times and it is still there.I have had to use an orbital sander to knock the ugly, stained aluminum down so I can polish it. I'm only polishing the outer lip!
Oh, the tank. um don't know if there is much room before I hit the cover on my bike. Not looking to make that modification.
The Auto Magic bike is way trick, The frame has been widened at the bottom to fit the swing arm. The lower tubes have also been replaced. There is a lot going on with that bike.
I am still riding my bike to work a couple of days a week.

My coworkers bikes. There are 9 of us that ride.

it is easy to drop the tank down just cut of the mounts and drop them down 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch and remount them. idid that on my little drag bike.

The shocks have arrived, zrx1100. I'm getting closer!
Just a few more dodads.:P
The front wheel polishing is suckin'.
I will tape the outer lip and throw it in the blaster at work to take the primer off. I plan to only polish the outer surface/lip. You can't see the inner surface with the rotors in the way anyway.
The forks will be painted bronze like the rear wheel. Orange is fun! just screwing around:P :P.
