Nice score! That is about the same condition as my 74 except my chrome looks to be worse.
If you don't mind me asking what did you pay for it?

the bike was originally my dad's, he said he couldnt remember the brand but thinks they were jardines, like what came stock on the 900 ltd's. I like the sound to, and you are right it does remind me of the Zecross pipes at Z1;)

Yep, those are Jardine's, they still sell them on eBay from time to time.
Unusual to find one in up there that isn't rusted more, so nice find and the money isn't that nuts really from how it looks in the photos. When you get it back together, if it runs without any major problems and is that complete you got a pretty decent deal IMHO.
Does this mean a forum name change is coming?

Don't know much first hand on these except they're supposed to be close to stock in sound with a modest improvement to performance as claimed by the mfg. Not a Star, Murray or Kerker but then again they probably didn't cost as much, more like my MAC I'd venture to guess a far as quality and such.
Well I won't say that would never happen, depends on how you react to the injection of adrenaline from the 900!
Be sure to post photos of her as she returns to her former glory!
Interesting, seen Jardine mentioned now and again, any ideas on quality, etc?
