My chopper '81 kz1100 b1 was created by Rickfabio
ok so i bought this horribly raped kz1100 10 years ago from someone with obvious lack in taste, looked like this...
So in a year i sweat and bled till she looked like this, loads of custom made parts, twin fat bob tanks, widened swingarm for a 160 tyre, hand made custom yokes widened by 10cm and lengthened forks, the rest is pretty obvious too...
By the time she was finished, i had a whole new idea for her, specially the colour and the rear setup, so i built a nifty workstation and stripped her bare. Well needless to say, i procrastinated and dove into other projects, not to mention leaving home and leaving her to take up the space in my folks garage:) So she's sat inhibited like this for the last ten years...
untill NOW....
Well i've stretched and fused the tanks, lowered them and moulded the teardropping into the frame. swapped out the swingarm and wheel off a gsxr1000 k1, redesigned the seating and taillight framework..
So what do you think? So much more happening on my girl, will keep you posted as i progress...
I must thank this site, i had alot of info regarding swingarm swap, which turned out alot easier than i thought.

Jeez...I want to personally thank you for saving that GPz...I would have never believed that someone could transform a GPZ into a chopper:unsure:
