NOT ME! At least without the naked magazine (2 Wheel loozer) the family effect isn't slapped in the face.
Sorry about the thread-jack, but seems like magazine quality is slipping fast these days. (2 Wheel Tuner is owned by the company that owns Motorcyclist and Sport Rider...and both of them have started to embrace nearly-naked-women in their advertizing lately). Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with naked chicks...just not on my coffee table, and not in my house where I have to explain it to my 3yr old daughter.

Okay man, I just "went there" and "did that". Now that we're on the subject of "2 Wheel Tuner" magazine I'm gonna 'jack' your thread for a second. Although I love modded bikes, I have to drop my subscription to that magazine. I'm a college professor and I keep motorcycle magazines on my coffee table in front of my couch in my office. That magazine has so much 'skin' in it that I can't leave it in the office. Can you imagine an 18yr old girl coming into my office with her parents and (let's say, her mother) picking that rag up and opening it...bye, bye student. Who'd trust some 40yr old guy with motorcycle pics all over his walls and naked girls in a magazine on his desk with the education of their 18 yr old daughter?

hey I understand but still... maybe I'll get a spread in the mag. maybe not. I'm not expecting much to come from it lol. I with you on this on about the girls but have you seen any , and I mean ANY, car or motercycle magazine or show were there isn't a half naked chick walking around? Unless its a show ran buy 70yr olds, this is pretty much the "norm" now. Yeah it sucks because these shows and magazines are not age restricted.
But anywho, I still think it would be cool if I somehow got a photo of my bike in a sport bike magazine. I just think that people should know that these older bikes still kick ass.
BTW: this is pretty kick ass. I found this is one of my motorcycle Magazines. Its a UK mag.

I know what you mean about the 'skin' being everywhere at shows, but my uncle runs several shows in Lake Tahoe. 'Cool Days of September' is one of the bigger shows for cars, and 'Harleys at the Horizon' is one of his big bike shows (I know: Harleys, but hey, this is his gig). I've been to a lot of his shows and he doesn't bring that element to his shows. His shows are huge, he has to turn entrants away b/c he reaches capacity every time; the top bikes (and cars) at his shows are magazine and calendar bikes (and cars). Imagine a casino with a Harley-oriented bike show and no half-nekked chicks! He never has a problem with it b/c he never goes lookin' for it. That's how professionals run it.
Seems like all the big shows on TV feel that it's a "must" and the magazines seem to be following their lead. I dunno man...it's just my sport ... for 39 years now. Why can't it be just about bikes, ya know. Whatever...I'm off my soap-box...sorry to jack your thread...again!

We were thinking that since the rear rim was a 17inch that we should go with a rim that didn't over power the rear tire to much like the one on the bike already. A 16inch rim would do the trick lol.
not much left. have to get new shocks... anyone loooking for a set of 14inch eye to eye harley shocks? I will have a few other things for sell as well to help buy the crap i need for this... I'm running out of money haha.
