the thing is i know ill need a offset sprocket, but the suzi uses 530 rear sprocket and my bike uses 630 so whats best?
gsx 630 rear sprocket if available, :S
530 offset sprocket not sure yet on the offset.
front wheel went straight in the busa forks.
so no problems there.

it doesnt matter. the 530 is lighter, but the 530 and 630 are the same width.
u can search at Sprocket Specialist to see if there is a rear 630.

www.z1enterprises.com/reference/chain630to530.aspx
conversion in teeth is divide the 630 sprocket teeth count
by 5 and multiply by 6.
630 15 tooth front becomes a 530 18 tooth sprocket.
630 41 tooth rear becomes a 530 49 tooth sprocket.
98 link rear chain becomes 117.6 links (rounded to 118.0).
using the gear ratio guide over at jt sprockets i was able to work
out what front size i would need to get a similar ratio while
using the 43 rear sprocket that came with the wheel.
www.jtsprockets.com/fileadmin/files/jtgearratio.pdf
gear ratio for 18 front 49 rear is 2.72
gear ratio for 15 front 43 rear is 2.87
close enough ratio?
math isn't my strong point.
this seem right?
i have a old 15 tooth sprocket for leon to turn into a offset sprocket.
