It's ok... What kind of .45? I just got a sweet deal on a 1911A Springfield.. Mint condition with U.S. wood grips and a case, 2 clips and holster for $200.00... Buddy was going to pawn them so I gave him what they would have. He wants to buy them back but he still has enough financial problems. I am showing tough love. That and I love the gun.
Just got an 82 KZ 1100, working to fix it up as my first bike.

that particular .45 is my buddies custom built long slide that i jeweled the sides of the slide in trade for him polishing my z1r engine covers.

i have a rock island armory 1911 .45 that is dura coated and has smooth wood grips.i have jeweled the portion of barrel that you can see through the ejection port and polished up the parts that matter inside,and done some custom machine work to make it more reliable.there is as much you can do to these things as a bike,almost.hehe.

The podcast is pretty cool, they are about 30 minutes long, but there are about 160 of them to choose from.
