Thats great, keep us posted on the progress, and maybe we can see copies of the map. :)

My TB's arrived today, so I may do some bench testing this weekend.

Does anyone see why the fuel check valve would need to be in the tank like the gpz for efi or would it be just as well to have it located in the line using something like the fitting in this link?

www.summitracing.com/parts/CRT-169-1002/

All I can think is to maybe prevent the fuel from foaming in the tank maybe?

I think the check valve is just so that he tank can be removed without petrol running all over the place. I have just machined up a shouldered fitting with a washer and nut as I did not want to wreck the paint with welding

Where did you mount your return and your pump? Any pictures?

Do you have any pictures of how you did this or where you mounted it? Thanks

Dennis Kirk (and others I'm sure) sell quick disconnect inline fittings with check valves,

Just noticed the price on the new version of MicroSquirt has been reduced to $339

Yeah, I sold my megasquirt and bought one of the new microsquirt's. Hard to beat that price. Im going to see If I can get it running on fuel only. Made some headway today and installed some ford mustang 5.0 injectors in my gpz1100 tb. They are high impedance which are needed for the microsquirt.

What size fuel line should I be using? 1/4 or 5/16?

Im using 5/16.... I think 1/4 ID would be fine, but why risk it. :)

Using the theory of "Too much is not enough", I'd go with the 5/16" line :)
