Nice too see others are doing KZ MS installs. I finally got sick of my 82 GPz1100 EFI that was about as smart as a atari 2600 that had a waffle jammed where the cartridge would go. I got the MS built, pretty much all the efi hardware (fuel pumps, pressure reg, and sensors) are there. I did end up modifying the stock TB set up to accept more modern injectors.
I used a set of GSXR600 injectors, flow rate should be pretty close. I had some "V" pieces cut via my neighbors shop's waterjet. drilled and tapped some holes, the machined my own bridge piece to connect the 2 since the gpz TB's were a bit wider. Just though I would share. Ill post when I get it up and running.
I got the plugs for the gsxr injectors from dynojet. I no longer run the stock pressure regulator since I only have a single fuel inlet, switched to a aeromotive bypass style.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHey ratvespa, glad to see another megasquirted kz. That is some creative engineering you have going on there. What aeromotive regulator are you using? That is what I am trying to figure out right now. Some people are using ebay regulators:

motors.shop.ebay.com/i.html?_trkparms=65...0.m245&_sop=15&_sc=1

some MSD:

cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MSD-2222-Fuel-Pr...&hash=item588fc1aca2

and some SARD:

Im a little confused on which one to go with. I might just pick the smallest. That looks like
the SARD but I want to be able to rebuild and replace parts which is where an aeromotive whould be nice.

I am using this one

its a little bulky, but it high quality. also expensive..I would not be running it if I didn't get it for free!

I used to have it mounted to the top of the starter cover...not sure if I can get it to fit there since I have to run all 3 ports on it now since I changed my fuel rail

Have you guys found any reference to what throttle bodies are roughly the same width and fitment at the KZ intakes?

Im going with the 83-84 GPZ1100 throttle bodies. Bolt up and is compatiable with the gpz750 turbo boost plenum I plan on using.

Check this out! the new 3.0 microsquirt ecm module is out from diyautotune. This looks like the way to go
