Yes, the front wheel is an 18".
I know it should be a 19... but, the 18 works :)

I have progressives in there too. Working on a swing arm mod. Lots on here too. Mine will be a little different. 1-1 1/2 longer to add stability for high speed and I think it will look FOXY. :woohoo:

Excellent Bike! Nice to know people! You got a smokin Deal! @ $650.
The paint looks like a repo Set $1200? Seeing that is an LTD front fender. Use that or sell it. Buy some old rusted fender and cut it down, buy a rusted rear cheap also. Then paint to match body!
I looked at this fender for 10 years, stock. Then I just drilled holes to lower it. Going to cut off the extra, weld in some material to make it look good.
I wish I had an 18" now. But my 19" was done many years ago also with Buch. SS spokes and a nice ring. I put a low 90/90 tire on it
Then Paint as close to that nice OEM Blue paint. I always was a chrome fender painter.
Just my opinion!

yeah i think the 18" wheel looks awesome up front, probably handles a bit better as well. If you did like Z1kzonly suggested and dropped the fender a half inch the bike would be perfect. just my .02

Really like your bike. I lowered mine with a 19in wheel
